Because we guarantee it! We are so sure no one will beat our prices that if you find comparable product at a lower price, just let us know. We won't simply match that price, we'll beat it by 20%!

Lower prices are great, but will I have to sacrifice quality? 

You shouldn't have to choose between low prices or high quality. We pride ourselves on offering high quality products at the lowest prices. In fact, we guarantee all of our items for the useful lifespan of the product, and we will make right any shortage, misconception or unforeseen problem to the best of our ability.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of our products ship the SAME day you place your order, and shipping usually takes approximately 3-5 business days.
Please note: orders placed after 4:00PM CST Monday-Friday, as well as orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Can I use a purchase order?

Yes. There is a place to include your purchase order on the payment screen.

Will I be charged sales tax? 

Yes, all orders will be charged a sales tax following their individual state's tax rules in accordance to the Supreme Court's Wayfair decision. Texas customers are required to pay 8.25% sales tax and will also be charged on the order.

How do I pay for my order?

We offer Net 30 terms for Properties and Property Management Companies, plus we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

Will I receive an invoice with my order?

You will receive an invoice in the mail separately from your shipment if you are paying with your net 30 account. 

How much is shipping?

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after you submit your order.

What if there is a problem with my order?

We stand behind the quality of our products by guaranteeing them for the useful lifespan of each product. We will make right any shortage, misconception or unforeseen problem to the best of our ability and in a timely manner. If you need to return an item please contact us at 1-888-922-9347 and we will be happy to assist you.
Once you contact us, please box up any items you are returning. We will issue a call tag to have UPS pick up the package at our cost. Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a credit for any any unused, resalable products returned within 60 days of purchase minus the original shipping fees. 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Our shipping team works hard to pull and ship your order the same day it is placed. Should you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at 1-888-922-9347, as soon as possible, and we will be happy to assist you.

Will Discount Property Management Supplies sell my information to other companies?

Never. At Discount Property Management Supplies we respect your privacy, and we will never sell your name or information.

Can I return my items for a refund if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase?
